Product details

The CSB XHT7000FT belongs to the XHT pure lead high-temperature VRLA battery series and is a 12V front terminal valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery. This series is engineered for critical mission power in harsh environments, with the officially designated application being data center uninterruptible power supplies. The battery uses absorbent glass mat (AGM) and proprietary grid technology to achieve a gas recombination rate of up to 99%, and combines a pure lead construction with Catalist 2X proprietary additive technology, with a nominal capacity of 7000W (5-minute rate, 25°C, 9.60V per cell). In terms of power performance, at 25°C and 1.67VPC, the XHT7000FT delivers 1766.00 W/cell at 30 seconds, 1144.17 W/cell at 5 minutes, and 642.50 W/cell at 15 minutes. The battery's maximum charge current is 58.30 A, maximum discharge current is 1550 (5 seconds), short-circuit current is 4132 A, and internal resistance is 2.01 mΩ. The float voltage range is 13.5 to 13.8 Vdc/battery (25°C), and the equalize voltage range is 14.4 to 15.0 Vdc/battery (25°C). In terms of construction, the battery features I2 threaded lead alloy terminals compatible with M6 bolts, with a terminal torque of 51.7±10.3 Kgf∙cm, 44.9±9.0 Lbf∙in, or 5.1±1.0 N∙m. The case is made of PC-ABS flame retardant material and meets the UL 94-V0 standard. Dimensions are 558.0±2.5 mm in length, 126.0±1.5 mm in width, and 257.0±2.5 mm in height, with a weight of 50.9 kg. In terms of environmental adaptability, the XHT7000FT has a discharge operating temperature range of -40°C to 65°C, and the same -40°C to 65°C range for charging and storage. For design life, it exceeds 12 years under float charge at 25°C and reaches 10 years under float charge at 35°C. Self-discharge characteristics are: less than 10% after 90 days of storage at 25°C, storable for up to 6 months, extendable to 10 months with equalizing charge; it must be fully charged before use, and requires advance charging when storage temperature exceeds 25°C. This product is a maintenance-free valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery made with high-impact ABS plastic, manufactured in accordance with IEC 60896-21/22:2004, UL1989 (MH14533), and UL 1973 Recognized (MH66728). It is suitable for high-rate and high-temperature standby applications and is optimized for extended service life in harsh environments.
