The XHRL series includes the CSB XHRL12410W, a 12V top-terminal valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery. As a high-performance upgrade of the HRL line, this series is engineered to meet the higher high-rate output demands of UPS and data center applications. The battery uses Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) technology with gas recombination efficiency of up to 99%, making it maintenance-free; its pure lead construction combined with a proprietary element formulation handles high-rate UPS and float standby power applications.
Regarding power specifications, at 25°C and 10.02V per cell, the XHRL12410W has a 15-minute rate nominal capacity of 410W. At 1.67 VPC and 25°C, the 5-minute power is 729.83 W/cell and the 15-minute power is 417.33 W/cell. For electrical characteristics, the maximum charge current is 41.00 A, the maximum discharge current is 800 (5 seconds), the short-circuit current is 3171 A, and the internal resistance is only 2.90 mΩ.
For temperature and charging conditions, at 25°C the float voltage ranges from 13.5 to 13.8 Vdc/battery, and the equalize voltage is 14.4 to 15.0 Vdc/battery.
