The GP12200 is a general-purpose VRLA battery in the CSB GP series, featuring a valve-regulated sealed construction and Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) technology, with a gas recombination efficiency of up to 99% and a maintenance-free design, primarily used as a float standby power source. Its rated voltage is 12 Vdc, and its nominal capacity is 20 Ah (20hr-rate, 1.75 VPC @25°C). At 25°C, the capacities under different discharge conditions are as follows: 20.56 Ah at the 8-hour rate and 1.75 VPC; 22.60 Ah at the 20-hour rate and 1.75 VPC; and 20.24 Ah at the 8-hour rate and 1.80 VPC.
In terms of electrical specifications, this battery has an internal resistance of 16.1 mΩ, a short-circuit current of 559 A, a maximum discharge current of up to 230 A, and a maximum charge current of 6.00 A.
